Payment Policy
Domestic Orders (Pakistan)
To confirm your order, an advance payment of PKR 500 is required via EasyPaisa.
Steps:
- Place your order.
- Send PKR 500 via EasyPaisa.
- Share a screenshot of the payment receipt on our provided contact number.
- Once payment is verified, your order will be confirmed and dispatched.
- The remaining amount will be payable through Cash on Delivery (COD).
International Orders
All international orders require full advance payment through bank deposit or bank transfer.
Steps:
- Place your order.
- Complete the payment via bank deposit/transfer.
- Send a screenshot or proof of payment to the provided contact number.
- After payment verification, your order will be confirmed and processed for shipment.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
- Orders are delivered within a maximum of 10 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
International Shipping
- Orders are delivered within 10–20 business days after payment verification and order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Domestic Orders
- Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placement.
- After 5 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
International Orders
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- After 12 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as processing and shipping arrangements begin.
Refund Policy
Domestic Orders
- If an order is cancelled within the allowed 5-hour cancellation period, the refund will be processed according to our refund procedure.
- After 5 hours, all payments and advance deposits become non-refundable.
International Orders
- If an order is cancelled within the allowed 12-hour cancellation period, the refund will be processed according to our refund procedure.
- After 12 hours, all payments become non-refundable.
Customized & Made-to-Order Products
- Customized, personalized, or specially sourced products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges, transaction fees, and handling charges are non-refundable once incurred.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
